Team Shamrock officially begins the season on November 3rd.
Practice schedule
Novice wrestlers-Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:45pm and Fridays 6:30-8:00
Open wrestlers- Tuesday's and Thursday's 6:30pm-8:30pm with the option of going on novice days as well.
**We will be having guest coaches from the area dropping in for the open wrestlers.
We will be focusing on set-ups, hand-fighting, hard finishes, chain wrestling, getting off the bottom, working hard and reaching our goals in wrestling and in life!
